Eileen Fraser – Hotel Proprietor
Eileen has owned Lochardil since 1985 and along with her Partner Graeme MacBean ensure that their Hotel is a welcoming, friendly and comfortable place to stay – offering good food in a relaxing environment. Eileen is there most days and takes a personal interest in ensuring that the high standards set over many years are maintained.
Graeme MacBean – Hotel Director
Graeme oversees the smooth day to day running of the business and looks after all financial matters – when not enjoying a game of Golf at Nairn or Inverness! Richard and Robert love it when he is Golfing!
Richard Green – General Manager
Richard is well known on the Hotel scene and has been at Lochardil since 1985. He has many years experience of Hotels and is a welcoming figure known to many in the Inverness area. Married to Sheila they have two sons and live locally. Richard is always smiling, depite Robert constantly winding him up!
Robert MacBean – Assistant Manager
Robert (or “Bubba”) is Graeme’s son and has worked in all departments of Lochardil since he started in June 1994 – aged just 13! He started as a chefs assistant while still in school and has worked his way from there. He is now married to Kelly and also lives nearby and for some years has been Richard’s Assistant and sparring partner!
Michelle Elsey – Front of House Manager
Michelle has been at Lochardil since September 2000 and has great experience in Front of House Management. Her expertise is of great benefit to us and she keeps us all in order!
June Henry – Head Receptionist
June joined us in April 2008 and is in charge of our Reception. Originally from Ireland she is the ever smiling efficient young lady who is often first point of contact for our guests. She keeps the accommodation bookings in order and the one to speak nicely to if seeking an upgrade!
Iain Maxwell – Head Chef
Iain (or “Monty”) has been with us since February 1990 and has been Head Chef for the last 4 years, having previously been second in command. He ensures that the standard of catering is maintained and that the all important Kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently along with his colleagues – most of whom have also been here for many years.
